How can I register for TeleWizard prepaid calling card account?
For member registration, click on Join button on our home page. Then fill out
the registration form on Member Registration Information page. After submitting
the form, you will be directed to "Review Your Information" page with
your account information. TeleWizard Customer Service will then send you an
email to activate your account.
How can I activate my TeleWizard prepaid calling card account?
Click on the account activation link provided in your email. You can also
contact customer service.
How do I get my agent id?
Please obtain agent id from your agent. If you do not have an agent at the time
of your online registration, leave the Agent Id field blank to select virtual
agent.
Where should I send check and money order payment?
Please send the payments to your agent’s address provided on your account home
page or TeleWizard’s address if you have selected virtual agent. Your account will be credited upon receipt
and clearance of checks or money orders. You should also indicate customer
account number on the check or money order.
Can I use Paypal to make purchase?
You can use Paypal to make purchase if you registered under Virtual Agent.
How can I check my account details?
You can check your account details by clicking on Member Login button on home
page and logging in.
Is it safe to purchase our products over the Internet?
Yes. We use the latest Encryption SSL Technology to transmit your personal and
credit card information. The information is stored on a secure server.
How can I retrieve my Password?
You should go to Member Login section and click on 'Forgot Your Password?' link
below login section. First, Enter and
Submit your Login Name. Next, provide
correct answer to security question you chose at registration. We will send your Password via e-mail.
How can I find out calling rates?
You should click on Rates button on the home page to find out the most current
calling rates we offer on our calling cards. You can search or select calling
rates by country code, calling card name and country name. You can also view some calling rates under
Best Rates on our home page.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once the calling card pins are issued to members. TeleWizard
Corporation will only accept calling card pins with full credit amount for
returns or credit if there is a problem with the issued calling card pin.
Although we will strive to deal with top quality products, we will not assume
any liability on variability on quality of calls and changes in calling rates.
We will not accept any phone card pins for return 30 days after invoice date.
All returned checks are subject to $25 fee. It's your responsibility to rotate
stock to avoid expired card pins.
