You are responsible to pay the invoice amount to either TeleWizard Corporation or the agent. Payment is due, in full, within the date set forth on the invoice of the account. If no payment date is set forth on the invoice, the payment is due (7) days from invoice date. You are responsible to maintain your account balance once your account is activated. If it is a debit account, the invoice amount is deducted upon your purchase from the debit account. You should refill your account when account balance reach low. If your order amount exceeds the credit limit or is short in the remaining balance in debit account, TeleWizard Corporation has right to stop selling and will show an error message on the check out page.

Any remaining account balance will be refunded within 14 days upon your request to close your account. Any outstanding account balance must be paid before you can request to close your account. TeleWizard Corporation will not charge monthly membership fee or service fee.

All past due payments are subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge until paid in full. All returned checks are subject to $25 fee.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the calling card pins are issued to customers. The calling card pins are not rechargeable, refundable or exchangeable. Only invalid pins are exchangeable. Telewizard Corporation is not responsible for any unauthorized use, loss or theft of the calling card pins. It's your responsibility to rotate stock to avoid expired card pins.

You are responsible for safekeeping of your Login Name, Password, and Account Number to access your account. You may retrieve your Password from Agent or Member Login sections. Please review our FAQs for details and other questions concerning your account.

Customer understands and acknowledges that TWZ is merely a distributor of prepaid telephone calling card products and not a prepaid calling card service provider. TWZ has no control over the prepaid calling card service providers regarding any prepaid calling card products distributed by TWZ.

TWZ shall pass through to purchaser such warranties as are provided to TWZ by the service provider of the prepaid calling card product purchased by customer hereunder. The manufacturer's warranties pass on the customer hereunder shall be the exclusive, warranties provided to customer hereunder. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE; AND SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Lower rates may apply for the calls made from Local Access Numbers. TeleWizard Corporation is not responsible for choosing access numbers that are local to you and are free of charge. You should contact your local telephone company to confirm that the number(s) that appear on the access numbers page are both local and free of charge for you to call. TeleWizard Corporation will not reimburse you for any long distance phone charges incurred.

The rates provided on the web site is calculated for the long interval calls. The rates will be updated periodically as changes occur but we do not guarantee that the rates posted will reflect the current rate. For current rates, you should contact the customer service of the phone card you are considering to purchase. The actual rates and minutes you obtain from using the calling cards will vary depending on your call length and pattern.
